2 oz. Almave Blanco
1 oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Tamarindo syrup.
5 oz Simple syrup
Garnish: Chili lime seasoning
Using a lime, wet a thick 1/4 section of the glass rim, apply chili lime seasoning and set aside.
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, add small amount of ice and shake for 12 seconds.
Double strain into a rocks glass or coupe/martini depending on the look and feel you want.
